First : Welding robot body part view
1. The robot body and the control box are equipped with a lithium battery for data backup of the servo motor encoder. The service life of the battery varies with the working environment. When the battery is replaced for two years, the motor encoder data will be replaced. If you lose it, you need to adjust the origin from the beginning. Before you replace it, you need to back up the teaching data to avoid discarding the teaching program and setting parameters.
2. Whether the original axis symbols are coincident.
3. Active operation, when operating manually, see if the shaft is running smoothly and stable.
4. Robot safety switch, emergency stop switch is normal
5. The silk feeding organization is not stable.
6. Slow down the tissue is not worn.
7. The toothed belt is elastically adjusted.
8. TW, BW, RW three-axis make-up lubricant (oil hole is not allowed to add general butter)

Second : Automatic welding robot control box view
1. Lithium battery replacement.
2. Cooling fan view.
3. Cable view (ground cable, power cable, control cable)
4. Whether the switches of the teach pendant operation panel are normal.
5. Dust removal in the control box.
Third : Automatic welding robot external shaft and positioning fixture view
1. Lithium battery replacement.
2. Fill the lubricant.
3. The connecting bolts are not fastened.
4. Is there an abnormality in the runtime?
5. Is the locating pin worn?
Fourth : Welder part
1. Welding power supply (internal dust removal, some connection is loose)
2. Welding torch (nozzle cleaning, wire feeding tube blockage, insulation is normal, air pipe is leaking, cable is loose or damaged).
3. Automatic welding robot wire feeding equipment (whether the wire feeding wheel is worn, SUS pipe is damaged, worn, and the wire feeding motor is abnormal).
