The main functional modules of AGV MES include: detailed operation scheduling, resource allocation and status management, production unit allocation, document management, product tracking and product inventory management, performance analysis, labor resource management, maintenance management, process management, quality management, and data collection. The function of each module is briefly described as follows:

1. Detailed scheduling of operations: Optimize and sort the operation plan by sorting and scheduling the limited resource capabilities;

2. Resource allocation and state management: manage the resources required for production, coordinate the distribution of laborers, production equipment, tools and materials to optimize them, and track their current working status and completion;

3. production unit allocation: through the production instructions to send materials or processing orders to a processing unit to start the process or step operation;

4. Document Management: Manage and distribute records and documents related to products, process specifications, designs or work orders, and the preservation and maintenance of production history data;

5. Product tracking and product list management: Obtain the history of each product by monitoring the position and status information of the workpiece at any time. This record can be traced up to the material component or traced to the finished product;

6. AGV Performance Analysis: Provide a report of the results of the actual manufacturing process and compare it with historical records and expected goals;

7. Labor resource management: Provide employee status information data (including working hours, participation rate, results confirmation, etc.) updated by the minute level to facilitate the guidance of personnel;

8. Maintenance management: track the maintenance of equipment and tools, guide maintenance work, and ensure the normal operation of machines and other assets and equipment to achieve the factory's execution goals;

9. Process management: monitor the production process, guide the factory's workflow, and improve processing efficiency and quality;

10. quality management: real-time analysis of information collected from the manufacturing site, tracking and analysis of the quality of the processing process to ensure product quality;
