The one-way carrying AGV and the one-way traction AGV are suitable for customers to have more trucks at the site, loading heavy materials and facilitating the installation of tail traction hooks. It can pull a number of material trucks or racks to form a traction train head.

In order to improve the transportation efficiency of production materials, a well-known automobile group proposed the AGV production demand to Danbach Robot Co., Ltd.: In the production workshop, five AGV trolleys pulled steel coils and pulled waste at different machines.

Operation process:

When any machine needs steel coil material, the operator can select the required material number on the touch screen, the material display point will display the required material number of the demanding machine, and the steel with the correct material number will be manually used by the crane. The coil is hoisted on the steel coil AGV, the AGV transports the steel coil to the demand machine, and the operator presses the reset button. At this time, the corresponding indicator light on the loading point display is extinguished, and the steel coil is driven by the machine operator crane. From the AGV hoist, the coil AGV returns to the loading point and waits. When any machine has scraps to be transported, press the call button, pull the scrap AGV from the waiting point to the demand point, manually load the scrap truck to the AGV, and the AGV pulls the scrap to the warehouse, manually/automatically unhooked, pulled Waste AGV defaults to waiting in the warehouse. This introduction of AGV has been comprehensively improved from the aspects of material, production and finished product transfer.

It is convenient to change the material truck, which is not limited by the style of the material truck. The AGV is relatively short, and the turning radius required for the empty AGV is small. This time, the one-way traction AGV trolley was introduced to improve the logistics efficiency of the workshop and realize the standardization and intelligence of the logistics in the workshop.
