Because the open chain mechanism is equivalent to a series of cantilever rods connected in series, the accumulation of mechanical errors and elastic deformation makes the robot The rigidity and accuracy of the arm are greatly affected, so special attention should be paid to the design of stiffness and precision when designing the robot arm. Then the robot arm is a typical mechatronic product. In the structural design, the drive and control must be considered.
