There are many differences between the design of the tandem robot arm and the general mechanical design. First, from a mechanical point of view, the structure of the robotic arm is an open kinematic chain that is connected by a series of links through a rotating joint. The open-chain structure makes the motion analysis and static analysis of the robot arm complicated, the pose relationship between two adjacent member coordinate systems, the relationship between the position of the end effector and the joint variables, and the force of the end effector. The relationship between the driving torque of each joint and the like is not solved by the general mechanism analysis method.
