Second, technical characteristics

1. Reflecting plate laying requires high angle and position accuracy;

2. Have general programming ability and operation function;

3. The path changes need to re-spread the reflector.

Third, the installation environment requirements

1. Set up the column in the workplace of the carrier robot and install a certain number of special reflectors;

2. Perform accurate measurement of the installation position of the reflector during the installation process, otherwise the navigation accuracy will be affected;

3. When  laser navigation forklift agv turns or when there is a requirement for accuracy, the number of reflectors needs to be increased, and up to 12,000 reflectors can be installed on the agv running path;

4. There are no large-area glass windows, stainless steel plates and metal pipes in the work area;

5. the installation time: the use of the reflector plate + debugging program time;

6. The path change must be removed from the original reflector, re-measured position, reset the column, re-install the reflector, and re-modify the control program.
