Danbach Lurking Back-Pull AGV adjust to all kinds of stand, pallet, or manufacturing operations.This Lurking Back-Pull AGV can hide at the latency of trolley. AGV lurks to pull the trolley by using the electrical lifting stick or the back-pulling hook.

The Lurking Back-Pull AGV System functions:
 
1. Automatic navigation transport vehicle
 
2. The target site is set on the vehicle operator panel and automatically stops at the target site
 
3. Slow start and slow stop function, smooth start without impact
 
4. Remote collision prevention function between vehicles and vehicle ends (3m deceleration between vehicles and 2m stop)
 
5. Safety anti-collision function for obstacles (including people) in front of the vehicle
 
6. Mechanical crash buffer system (Electrical emergency stop for contact switch, 40mm stroke buffer bumper)

The lurking AGV is lurking under the wheelbarrow and is connected with the cart through an automatic lift cylinder or a back tow hook to complete material feed and empty vehicle collection instead of manpower. The direction of movement can be bi-directional and the bi-directional latent AGV Car reads landmark indications via magnetic stripe navigation. After arriving at the designated place, it will be separated from the car automatically. Then, it is hidden under the empty car and drags it to alternate movements.
