A project for forklift AGV unloading

Program Description:
The one-time forklift unloading plan uses the forklift AGV to complete the material loading and unloading, so as to better improve the material transfer efficiency and greatly reduce the labor cost of the enterprise.
Process Description:
1. In the truck parking area, the positioning mechanism is used to position the truck to ensure the accuracy, and the forklift AGV can accurately align;
2. loading and unloading truck function: the personnel press the unloading button, the forklift AGV starts unloading the vehicle;
When the 1-wire body is produced, the forklift AGV is responsible for unloading the empty material truck from the truck and transporting it directly to the station for air-to-air exchange. Another forklift AGV takes the full-load truck from the tail-end storage area and sends it to the truck. Carry out loading;
The 2-wire body is not produced, and the forklift AGV is responsible for unloading the empty material side from the truck and transporting it to the empty storage area for storage;
3. When over-production: AGV will send the full-line car to the full-car storage area, and go to the empty storage area to send the skip to the line.
